I'm running for City Council to serve Alhambra and District 5 with leadership that is visible, responsive, and focused on the everyday concerns that matter most to residents

Leadership that Advocates for Neighborhoods & Responsible Growth

Two decades ago, I chose Alhambra to be the place I call home, with its special neighborhoods, small businesses and people that care about their community.

As an educator, homeowner, and longtime community advocate, I've spent years working alongside neighbors to protect our neighborhood quality of life and our historic and environmental resources. Throughout this time, I’ve been a steadfast advocate for responsible city planning, campaign finance reform, and ensuring residents have a voice at City Hall.

Putting Alhambrans First

I believe in thoughtful planning, support for our local businesses, and development that strengthens—not overwhelms—our city. Alhambra should have more recreational facilities, not massive self-storage complexes. Residents deserve walkable green space and bike lanes, not more overdevelopment and traffic. And they should have a responsive City Hall representative who consistently delivers results, not just around election time.

Progress, Not the Political Status Quo

Residents deserve action, accountability, and a City Hall that stays connected to the people it serves, not expensive consultants, career politicians, or empty promises and photo-ops. I’m committed to be your City Council District 5 advocate for transparent government, practical solutions, and meaningful follow-through.

Residents deserve responsible growth, thriving local businesses, and a City Hall that is connected to the people it serves.
